This week, we have three articles from the old International Challenger Owners Association Newsletter. The first two are pretty self-explanatory but the third one is our feature this time, "A Spirit Violated". It is a story about the exhilaration of flying your own homebuilt Challenger, the agony of A Spirit Violated and the character of our own Dave Goulet.

When this article came out, it was the first I had heard of this loss. I shortly called to offer a new power package at a heavily discounted price. What I found was that Dave, also upon hearing of this loss, had contacted these folks and in an effort to restore their dream, had sold them a new 503 power package at a full dealer discount price. A Spirit Violated but a Dream restored.
